Q: Itunes not recognising Iphone

Hi,

I have tried all troubleshooting but my iphone is not being recognised by Itunes. It has previously worked.

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, checked all drivers, software up to date.

I am confused (and frustrated!)

I use my music to teach fitness classes and am unable to get my current music onto the phone so i can mix tracks with ones on my phone already!

Can anyone offer any help with what i can do please? (im quite technologically challenged!!! )

ps. i have windows 8 on my laptop (but has never been a problem before).

Another thing is, it didnt work before so i put all my music from Itunes to Ipod. (surely this would not upset the Iphone syncing!)
