Feb 11, 2014 3:07 AM in response to turingtest2by Yngling1,I selected the website and carefully followed all instructions with success and removed itunes and reinstalled as recommended with no issues in so doing. However, when I select the itunes icon the same dialoge box appears but does not open or allow access on computer or to sync with iphone. I have selected the compatibility box and also de-selected in the event that this might allow access but no go.

Feb 11, 2014 12:59 PM in response to Yngling1by turingtest2,I wonder if you have an outdated iTunes icon on the desktop. Try using the one in Start Menu > All Programs > iTunes instead.
