Feb 11, 2014 9:59 PM in response to karimvakilby Jay-Ray,I believe the Samsung galaxy uses a micro-SIM but the iPhone 5C uses a nano-SIM http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5554 so I'm confused as to how your SIM card fits in both if they use two sim card types.

Feb 11, 2014 10:52 PM in response to karimvakilby Jay-Ray,With the information you provided we can safely assume your SIM card itself is not the issue. You previously said that your iPhone shows full bars (connectivity to the tower) when you have this issue. I would recommend all the steps listed here: http://support.apple.com/kb/ts3780 including the restore as new. If you are still having intermittent connectivity issues with the cellular network and there is no major change in signal strength on the iPhone, then the issue is isolated to some sort of provisioning issue with the carrier and I would continue to reach out to them.
