HI , i am unable to start aperture 3.5.1 after download it from apple store on mac ox 10.9.1 (maverick) ..

Sometimes the download is incomplete; then uninstalling and downloading will help.

Make sure, you have plenty of free disk space to be able to upgrade your Aperture library to the new version.

And make sure, the Aperture library is on a drive formatted MacOS X (Journalded), otherwise Aperture cannot open the library.

That error message is very typical for crashes caused by a missing dynamic library - usually this happens when an older version of Final Cut has been installed. Did you recently install new software?

This problem is best fixed by reinstalling the operating system. You do not need to do a clean installing - reinstalling on top of the current system should do it.
