Feb 16, 2014 9:03 AM in response to Judy Jby Demo,Settings>General>Siri>On. Make sure that you don't have it restricted in Settings>General>Restrictions>Siri>Off. You you turn Siri off in restrictions, you cannot use it.
Perhaps a little further explanation on your part is warranted like what have you done to this point - step by step.
