Well, almost every iPhone user would meet this problem, the fastest and easiest way is to use an iPhone to Mac transfer to help, and there are really many apps we can choose. And I think you can try iPhone to Mac transfer, it's pretty good! You can read this how to transfer iPhone music to Mac guide to know more. Good luck!

This thread discuss the same problem.

How do I transfer all of my iPhone 4 music to my new Macbook air's iTunes? Without buying any kind of software...
I can't use my previous iTunes or computer, I need to download straight from my iPhone 4

TouchCopy Mac & Windows (iPhone and iPod Touch compatible)

I found this software to be very helpful but quite slow. It did transfer all of the songs I have in my iPod classic to my MacBook Pro which. There the iTunes Library had become corrupted and most of the music files went missing or "misplaced". Recovering them manually would have been quite an enterprise. Now I have, besides this software, iTunes Match which is driving me up the wall because it launches every time I open iTunes. I hope it will stop doin it once it matches all of the 7K songs I transfered from my iPod.
