Q: I phone won't turn on after cooling

My I phone 4 s said temp was to high I let it cool and now it will not turn on

iPhone 4S

If you believe it is cooled down, the do a reset. Hold the sleep/wake and home buttons together until you see the Apple logo and then release. The phone should start back up.

Is it possible the phone is not charged? Try plugging it in to a charger for at least 30 minutes and try the reset again.

Then you need to make an appointment at the Genius Bar or Authorized Apple Service Provider in your location.
