Feb 18, 2014 4:58 PM in response to melj41by Lawrence Finch,That is the server name, not your email address. When you set up the account you created a hotmail or Windows Live account. If that is not what you meant to do delete the account and start over.

Feb 18, 2014 5:17 PM in response to melj41by Lawrence Finch,You may think they are correct, but Microsoft's server disagrees. Look at the settings in whatever mail client you use on your computer (Outlook? Outlook Express? Something Else?) and make them match the iPhone.
Check the Microsoft site for details on how to set up an iPhone.
