Feb 19, 2014 10:10 AM in response to SusieScrapbookerby KidBain,After I updated it in recovery mode it has going thru the activation setup. We cant sign on to the Apple ID on the Activate iPod Screen becuase we can't figure out his password and when I go online to Activation Help you can either have an email sent to recover/reset the password or answer questions. There was no email provided for recovering the password and he entered a different birthdate than his own. So I can't reset his Apple ID password or get past the Activation screen on his iPod Touch.
