Q: Fail to Restore a new Iphone to itunes

hi. i buy a new iphone 5s from USA last Nov. since that time till now it does not work at all. once i connect it to the itunes, it asks me to Restore the iphone eventhought it is a new. once i click restore the iphone botton, it goes throuth all steps until i reach the step ( restoring your i phone). now the restore is in progress until the middle of the restore process it stops and show me an error ( code 14). i try all the possible solution from itunes webcite (6 steps and all the advanced and other steps). please advice and support !
