Feb 20, 2014 12:24 PM in response to bbourenby randers4,What isn't syncing? Are events added to your iOS device not appearing on icloud.com? Are events added to your Outlook calendar not appearing on icloud.com? Something else?

if I put event on my %s it goes to workstation ok....but neither goes to my laptop.....unless i change the 5S from home to work
but it worked when I first setup icloud on laptop

If you mean you have a separate work calendar that syncs with your employer's exchange account, that will not sync with iCloud. iCloud will only sync calendars that belong to the iCloud account. It will not sync external accounts such as your work exchange account.
Or, did you mean somethen else by this?

Feb 20, 2014 12:40 PM in response to bbourenby randers4,If the issue is on your laptop calendar, and it isn't loading your entire iCloud calendar, you should try going to the iCloud control panel, unchecking "mail, contacts, calendars & tasks with Outlook", then restart your laptop and go back and recheck this setting.

I go into my outlook email on my desktop and put in an event and it is in my iPhone in seconds...why not my laptop??? it worked with my other laptop and started to work with this one but now it doesn't

Feb 20, 2014 1:03 PM in response to bbourenby randers4,Could be a number of things, all of which are covered in the troubleshooting steps in the article you were reading (http://support.apple.com/kb/TS3999) under "Troubleshooting on Microsoft Windows (Microsoft Outlook)". Take the time to go through these troubleshooting steps one by one on your laptop and you will probably solve it.

Feb 20, 2014 1:11 PM in response to bbourenby randers4,It can be frustrating. Sometimes the Outlook add-in becomes disabled and you just need to re-enabled it. This, along with other potential issues, is covered in the troubleshooting steps.
