Both myself and my son have iPads, both up to date. Neither of us can get FaceTime to work. Whenever we try to contact each other, or others in our contacts list we get "FaceTime Audio Unavailable. (Name) us not available for FaceTime audio"
Our settings are correct, email address is correct, password entered correctly etc. I've dove everything the support pages have told us, restarted the iPads, nothing. It just won't work.
My son's best mate has moved abroad and he is dying to speak to him through FaceTime so any help would be great
