Q: Can I change my icloud account name but keep all of the info stored on the account name I want to change? An ex named it for me and I can't stand using his name still. Thanks!

Before deleting the account, save your photo stream photos to your camera roll (by opening your my photo stream album, tapping Select, tapping the photos, tap the share icon-- box with upward facing arrow, then tapping Save to Camera Roll).  Only photo stream photos are deleted when you delete an iCloud account, not camera roll photos.  The camera roll will be included in your backup and should be restored when restoring the backup.
