Q: How can I delete photo albums from my Iphone 4S

How did they get onto your phone ? If you created them directly on the phone then you should be able to delete them via the Edit button at the top right of the album selection screen.

If they were synced to your phone from your computer then they are deleted in the same way i.e. reconnect the phone to your computer and the Photos tab on your computer's iTunes to deselect the folders/albums that you no longer want on the phone and resync.
