Once you get those, install the OS and then update/upgrade as required.

Feb 26, 2014 2:01 PM in response to tim1232kby Kurt Lang,According to www.everymac.com (presuming G5, 2 GHz dual 970 CPUs is correct), that Mac shipped with Jaguar, 10.2.7. The last PowerPC version of OS X is as far as you can go, which is Leopard, 10.5.8.
You could skip trying to find original replacement disks and purchase a retail copy of Leopard. Do not purchase any gray system disks. They are machine specific. A retail copy looks like this:
