Feb 26, 2014 8:14 PM in response to squeek69by randers4,Is this an iPhone provider by your employer, or did you add your employer's exchange email account to your phone?
-
Feb 26, 2014 8:31 PM in response to randers4by squeek69,I work as a contractor so have 5 different email address on my phone, two are with an exchange through two different clients.
-
Feb 26, 2014 8:35 PM in response to squeek69by randers4,Many employers will push a security profile to your phone when you add their exchange account, preventing you from backing it up to iCloud. (They don't want their company's confidential information on another company's servers.) If so, you will see a setting called "Profile" in Settings>General (near the bottom). You would have to contact the IT department for these companies in order to confirm that they are preventing you from backing up to iCloud while the account is installed on your phone.

I will contact ehm and ask.
Thank you
