    Welcome to Apple Support Communities

If your photos are in Photo Stream, you can access to them from any of these devices:

    • An iPhone, iPad or iPod touch with your Apple ID: open Photos > Shared (or Streaming).
    • A Mac with OS X 10.7.2 or newer and iPhoto '11: open iPhoto and choose "iCloud" or "Photo Stream" in the sidebar.
    • A PC with iCloud Control Panel: go to My Pictures folder and open the Photo Stream download folder.

If your photos are in iCloud as part of one device's backup, you cannot access to them through iCloud.
