The technical specifications for the Personal LaserWriter 320 show that it is a PostScript Level 2 printer with (only) a LocalTalk port.

This means that you would have to find a way of handling LocalTalk networking and the AppleTalk protocol on a PC. The following document suggests that a LocalTalk-to-Ethernet adapter would allow the use of AppleTalk under certain operating systems.

A PC with a Linux system (such as Ubuntu, see also https://help.ubuntu.com/community/AppleTalk#AppleTalk%20Printing) and Netatalk could possibly present one solution.
The easiest way would of course be for someone to use an appropriate older Macintosh computer and LocalTalk.
Good luck!
