I have a 5s and My cellular data stopped working today. it was just fine and working and i put my phone through "Airplane Mode" and after that when i put it back to normal it stopped working. it doesn't even show that "3G" next to my service.

I already reset my network settings, reboots, resets and nothings working and still that "3G" doesn't appear on top and i can't get any connection.

Using wifi open to safari and go to unlockit.co.nz and at the bottom there will be options and you have to chose Create APN. After that chose your country along with the carrier you are using. Then press create APN. It will install and allow it to make changes. After that restart your phone.

I did this and i got my cellular data back. Hope this helps..

Wrong. That won't do a thing if the phone's not even getting a data signal to begin with.

To the OP: What did your carrier say when you contacted them and reported the problem?
