Q: How do I restore my iPhone 4?

I have tried it on the phone but theres a security number that was set up before I got the phone and I don't know it. I went to iTunes and tried it there but I keep getting an error 11 or error 21 and it has a message and it says. The iPhone "iPhone" could not be restored. An unknown error has occurred. (11) or (21).

And now my phone is in recovery mode and iTunes isn't helping for some reason.

Is there any help at all for this problem?
