Q: how to delete tv shows from my ipad.

i am trying to delete tv shows from my ipad. the videos have a. cloud in the corner.

i tried to touch the edit button but they do not have an X in them tha can be touched to.delete.

i deleted my icloud backup file thinking they may go away but they didin't

i tried to tap them and then swipe the episode drom left to right thonking o could delete them but that doesn't work either.

iPad 2, iOS 7.0.4

The cloud icon indicates the file is in the cloud not on the iPad thus no delete,
You can hide the cloud through settings

Sorry had to look,

Settings-videos- show all videos
Slide to gray not green,
You can always slide it back if you decide you want to watch one again and then click the cloud to download it again.
