Q: AirPlay

I can't seem to find the AirPlay icon on my Macbook. It's late 2011 so it should be there. I want to mirror my Mac to AppleTV. What do I do?

Late 2011 Mac should work for AirPlay Mirroring, but the Apple TV needs to be at least a second-gen Black Apple TV. As well, both devices need to be on the same WiFi Network.

If the AirPlay Mirroring icon is not in the menu bar, go System Prefs > Displays, and make sure the "Show Mirroring Options when Avail;able" is on.
