Q: block my stolen iphone

i lost my phone yesterday and iclouds app find my ipnone says no device found, i have imei number and serial number and bill of purchase and its box too and i am form nepal and that phone was bought in wuhan, china's apple store so what can i do ? plz help me sir's and madam's please

iPhone 3GS, iOS 6.1.6

    If http://icloud.com can't find it (did you have Find My iPhone enabled on it ?) then you won't be able to try and locate and/or remotely wipe it - that site will only potentially be able to locate it if the phone is connected to a network and it hasn't already been wiped and/or Find My iPhone disabled on it.

     

    If you think that it was stolen then you should report it to the police. You should also change your iTunes account password, your email account passwords, and any passwords that you'd stored on websites/emails/notes etc. and contact your carrier
