It sounds like you have confirmed that all your contacts, and calendars are in your iCloud account at http://www.icloud.com and would like to get this info back to your phone. Start by seeing if you are signed into your iCloud account in Settings. If not then sign in with your account. If you are signed in, check to see that the iCloud options for the content you want to sync are enabled:
On your iOS device’s Home screen, go to Settings > iCloud, then tap to turn on or off iCloud features.
