I followed these instructions to remove the apple.com line, for anyone after me finding this gem!

Mar 4, 2014 6:17 AM in response to rocknmamaby rick snagwell,this is usually a program called 'tinyumbrella' or some program that wants to point your itunes to another ip rather than apple when restoring so the fake apple ip can 'sign' older firmwares.
you can also uncheck that box in this program to fix this.

actullay i try to update my iPhone 5s iOS from 7.1 to 7.1.1 and on restor process it stuck... but now after nano tool modification it is working just fine...
