Is there a way to use video zoom in Front Row like you can do when using the DVD player outside of Front Row. When watching some widescreen movies in FR, there are borders on all four sides. I would like to zoom while maintaining the aspect ratio to eliminate the borders on the left and right.

Currently that feature is only available in DVD Player, not in Front Row.

Hi, this feature was kinda avail before i upgraded front row to the current version. If you put a dvd in, then go to dvd player, select the zoom you want, THEN go to front row, the zoom is effective (ie now with teh update dvd player is closed when you go into front row.)

With the system-wide zoom in 10.4.8, you can do it. If you have a mouse with a scroll wheel, hold down control while rolling the scroll wheel up. It will zoom in. Scrolling down will zoom out. This works anywhere, including while watching DVDs in Front Row.
