Q: I HAVE A I PHONE 4S.. I CANT SEND PICTURE MESSAGES TO OTHER PHONES THAT ARE NOT I PHONES.. CAN SEND THEM IF THEY HAVE AN I PHONE..THIS DIDNT START UNTIL I DOWNLOADED THE LAST UPDATE.

i cant send picture messages to other phones. i can send them to everone who has an i phone but not to other phones. i didnt have this problem until i downloaded the latest updste.

iPhone 4S, iOS 7.0.6

regular texts with no picture go through Allan. when i send a picture text it says failed and i tried send again to no avail.

If no change after powering your iPhone off and on, try a reset which is similar to a computer restart and is done by pressing and holding the home button and the sleep/wake or on/off button simultaneously until you see the Apple logo and then release.

If no change after a reset, try resetting network settings at Settings > General > Reset.

This will also erase all saved Wi-Fi networks and settings and saved Bluetooth pairings.

Is Cellular Data enabled? This is required for sending MMS messages.
