Q: If my ipod5th gen is jailbroken will Apple still replace the screen...Ihave the extra 2 year warrenty meaning i have 2 accidental damage things.Or will i have to erase every thing the put in the back up.

Jailbreaking voids the warranty. Apple will not repair your iPod and as soon as they realise it's been jailbroken, they will return it to you in the same condition that you sent it to them.

You will need to put it in DFU mode (Google it) restore it as new and then restore it from backup.
