Q: how do i find my photos i have backed up

I have backed up my photos to my icloud but for some reason it did not back up all of them. How do I find them?

iPhone 5c, iOS 7.0.6

    Photo steam only streams photos, it doesn't back them up.  They only remain in iCloud for 30 days, allowing enough time for your devices to receive them.  Your iPhone backup, however, does contain camera roll photos.  Restoring the backup to your phone should recover them.
