Mar 6, 2014 7:54 PM in response to JF Fourieby RandomlyYaya,I looked here C:\Program Files\Common Files\Apple\Mobile Device Support\Drivers and there was no driver. I also looked C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Apple\Mobile Device Support\Drivers and there is only a folder for Apple Software update. Not sure what to do. My iphone shows up in itunes but won't let me add any music and it won't sync to my computer either. Any Suggestions?

Mar 9, 2014 9:14 AM in response to JF Fourieby sistermaryteresa,THANK YOU! JF Fourie... your "fix" for finding and installing the driver did the trick for me too! I've been extremely frustrated with this problem - just like everyone else on this discussion. I just had to register so I could participate in this discussion and let you know what a help you've been!
Your solution steps were exactly what I needed to fix my 5S problem. iTunes just wasn't seeing the phone even though my laptop was showing it just fine in "My Computer."
Installing the driver you recommended fixed my problem.
Here's hoping everyone else gets their issue addressed too!
Thanks again.
