Q: Apple ID

My mom used my Apple ID on her iPhone and she had it set up under her security questions and her information. I changed the card info but I can't change the password because she has it under her security questions and doesn't remember the answers.

iPhone 5c, iOS 7.0.6

You need to ask Apple to reset your security questions; ways of contacting them include clicking here and picking a method for your country, phoning AppleCare and asking for the Account Security team, and filling out and submitting this form.

They wouldn't be security questions if they could be bypassed without Apple verifying your identity.
