Q: I think I have setup my Ipad mini incorrectly as I am unable to access my e-mail addresses. How do I transfer my addresses from my PC to Ipad? 70 yrs young and workings of computers and Ipads a mystery to me

How do I transfer email addresses from my PC to my Ipad Mini? I think I have set up my Ipad incorrectly. Please keep your answers simple so that a 70 year old can understand. Do not understand the workings of computers etc, way above my head
