Q: Hi, for some reason I cannot backup my Iphone, when I am trying to backup my Iphone it say "not enough space" but Iam not backuping anything, also when I am trying to access my account via the iCloud web it say "an error occure while trying to access the"

I have an Iphone 5 but the problem also happen when I had Iphone 4: cannot backup my iphone in iCloud, it say always - "not enough space...." even I am not backuping anything, also when I try to access iCloud via the web it say - " an error occure while trying to access the server"

I need your help what to do as my iPone is not backed up for a year already and tried everything to fix it but no help.

iPhone 5, iOS 7.0.6

    Go to Settings>iCloud>Storage & Backup>Manage Storage and look at the bottom.  How much space does it say you have available?

     

    Then tap the name of your phone under Backups.  What does it say your Next Bakup Size is (first wait for the spinning wheel next to Backup options to stop)?

    Hi Randers, the very strange thing is that I cannot even access the manage storage

    It is really a problem

    what do you think is going on??

    It sounds like evidence of a broader problem with communication with your iCloud account, which may also be the root cause of your inability to back up to iCloud.

     

    You should probably try deleting the account from your phone, then signing back in.  To do this, start by saving your photo stream photos to your camera roll (unless already there) by opening your my photo stream album, tapping Select, tapping the photos, tap the share icon (box with upward facing arrow), then tapping Save to Camera Roll.  Then go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account, and provide your password and choose Delete from My iDevice when prompted.  Then sign back in.  (This only deletes the account and iCloud data from your phone, not from iCloud.  Your iCloud data will download back to your phone when you sign back in.)
