Q: My server is up, but each time I try to agree on the new terms and conditions to set up my icloud on i phone, it says unable to connect to server

I can't photo stream my new pics to i photo on my mac. I figured my icloud was off. When I try to agree to the new terms and conditons of the lates i cloud version, it keeps saying my server is not up, even though it is

    Try saving your photo stream photos to your camera roll, then delete the account and sign back in.  (This only deletes it from your device, not from iCloud.  Your data will download back to your device when you sign back in.)
