Q: App store issue

Hi There,

I am trying to download an app: PHOTOS DUPLICATE CLEANER, and get the following message - 'photos duplicate cleaner failed to download use the purchases page to try again'. On following this instruction, the app does not load and the purchases page says - 'an error has occurred'. I have tried downloading the app more than 20 times with the same result. I also tried downloading 2 other random apps with exactly the same result.

Please Help!
