Q: Error 3194, Error 17

I am trying to unlock my iphone4. Aplle sent a message that the phone was eligible. But, I get errors 3194 and error 17.

 

Anyone know why?

    Apple does not unlock phones.

    Only the Carrier it is locked to can unlock it.

    Make sure you have the Latest Version of iTunes (v11.1.5) Installed on your computer

    If that Article does not resolve it... then you have a problem.

     

    Perhaps a Visit to an Apple Store or AASP (Authorized Apple Service Provider) is required..

     

    Be sure to make an appointment first...

     

    Note:

     

    That error message may be indicative of the Device being Hacked / jailbroken.... If this is the case then you are on your own.
