Q: Siri has stopped working after iOS 7.1 update.

Holding the home button does absolutely nothing. I've tried disabling and then re-inabling Siri in settings and that does nothing. I have a brand new iPhone 5s that I just purchased about 2 weeks ago. Everythng worked fine before update.

Try this  - Reset the iPad by holding down on the Sleep and Home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons. (This is equivalent to rebooting your computer.) No data/files will be erased. http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1430

Thanks for the fast response. After posting I immediately tried simply powering down the iPhone and turning it back on. Seemed to of fixed it. Siri now pops up when I hold down the home button as it should.

    Thanks!

P.S. I'm not sure why this posted in the iPad section. I certainly didn't specify lol. My apologies.
