Change your iCloud and all other passwords that were accessible from the iPhone.

Change your passwords on iCloud. If you have find my iPhone enabled on the lost phone, use that to remote erase the phone.

The thief cannot access any data on your iPad or Mac.

Did you have the passcode lock feature enabled along with find my iPhone with your iCloud account settings on the iPhone?

Did you have a passcode set on the phone with the Erase Data feature in place? If so, that should take care of things, however, it would still be a good idea to change passwords for any apps service adn connections you make with the phone.
