Mar 13, 2014 6:12 AM in response to azad.ctgbdby Axeman1020,It sounds like you have an old .ipsw
Delete the *.ipsw file on your computer
Mac OS X
~/Library/iTunes/iPhone Software Updates
Windows XP
C:\Documents and Settings\[username]\Application Data\Apple Computer\iTunes\iPhone Software Update
Windows Vista/7/8
C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Roaming\Apple Computer\iTunes\iPhone Software Updates
then delete the contents of the iPhone Software Updates folder.
When you finish, try restoring again. This will force a download of the most current .ipsw for that device.

This usually happens if the phone has been Hacked / Jailbroken / Modified...
Unauthorized modification of iOS

If this is the case...You will need to look elsewhere
Sorry... But...
The discussion of Jailbroken Devices is against the Terms of Use of this Forum.
