Q: help. we entered the i tunes card and it shows a balance but we can't seem to default the payment from the credit card to the i tune card.. and now we no longer have the card.. even though we see a 25 balance

We have entered the i tunes card and we see a balance of 25 but we are unable to defer the payment from the credit card to the i tunes card. help
