How do I update the iOS on an iPad 4.3.5?

iPad 2, iOS 4.3.3, My 4.3.5 isn't listed in drop down

Update it from iTunes on a computer as described at the bottom of this article; devices running an iOS version prior to 5.0 can't be updated straight from the device. It will be updated to the newest iOS release supported by the device’s hardware, which is iOS 7.1 for devices with at least 512MB of RAM.

Follow this: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4972. Be sure to transfer your purchases and back it up first, as recommended in the article. This will update it to iOS 7.1.
