Q: Can you save this group in your contacts somehow so that you don't have to keep reentering the same numbers in the group?

When sending a group text to people, without adding them all to your contacts, can you save this under something so that you don't have to keep re-entering the same group of numbers?

    The default Messages app will not use group of contacts to send messages. You have to enter each recipient to the group when composing the first message.

     

    There may be some other apps that will send text messages to groups and let your store the groups for quick use.
