Q: I purchased $100.00 - 50GB on monday for my iphone...I am unable to download the upgrade IOS 7 because it says I dont have enough GB for it but I technically should as I purchased mor.  How do I get it to download?

I purchased on monday 50GB for $100.00 but unable to figure out how to get it too load so I can update my phone.

    Purchasing more storage in iCloud does not give you more space on your phone.  You need to free up space on your phone in order to update by deleting or syncing data off your phone.  (You can check the available space on your phone by going to Setting>General>Usage).  You could, for example, delete all your music, then update your phone and sync your music back using iTunes.

     

    If you purchased the additional iCloud storage in the last 15 days by mistaking thinking it would give you more space on your phone, you can request a refund by contacting the Apple online store (1-800-MY-APPLE in the U.S. and Canada).
