The last set of instructions didn't help me whatsoever.  Trying to align with a new ID when purchasing a new devise couldnt get more complicated. When visiting the store they say that itunes is owned by a different apple entity which explains the indifference.  The local stores cannot help fix this problem. Please tell me where I can return my cell phone for something I can load music on that i've purchased?

iPhone 5, See notes as to music above

I can't really tell from your post what the issue is. The referenced article is addressed to "having difficulty syncing your contacts or calendars to iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch with iTunes for Windows via USB" and not music. Perhaps you might like to rephrase the question?

Whether or not your phone is eligible for return is between you and the store that you bought it from.

    You create a new AppleID?

Did you have a previous AppleID? If so, just use that AppleID.
