Mar 18, 2014 6:56 AM in response to braden85by juliat72,Thanks, but once again the base station is not coming up on the Airport Utility on the Mac - it seems that once the Mac is rebooted the connection/settings/confisguration of the base station is lost

Mar 19, 2014 10:41 AM in response to braden85by juliat72,I have reset it and again it found it once then when we went to use it again next day it couldn't see it.
Obviously we are setting something up wrong - is there an idiots guide to configuring it properly to the router/iTunes?
