Q: I updated my phone to the 7.1.  Why am I not receiving my phone calls?  They show up as voice mail only.

I have a 5s iphone.  I updated it to 7.1.  Since then, I'm not receiving my phone calls.  Some go straight to voice mail.  I have shut the phone off and restarted, but it has worked one time by doing that.  What's wrong?
