Q: Remove App Icons

I have 6 icons i cant remove that display the word waiting under each of them. Any suggestions ?

iPhone 5s, iOS 7.0.4

Go to Settings > General > Usage. In the list of Apps in the Storage section touch each of the "waiting" Apps and Delete it.
