Q: My sons " find my friends" shows he's at home when he's at home, but as soon as he leaves it goes not updat!

Please can someone help!

My sons iphone " find my friends" says he's at home when he's at home.

However, as soon as he leaves the house it does not update ... Just says "home 20 mins ago" and so on!

This kind if defeats the object!

Hi,

Just worked out you are American haha. We don't say cellular.... It's under " mobile data"!!!!!!
I've reset to factory settings and still appear to have a problem with 3G!!!

I've tried everything you have suggested but now at least I know where the problem is.

I will ring apple support tomorrow... Thankyou for all your help!!!

Hahaha. I'll keep that in mind next time so I know not to always put Cellular. Good luck to you and I'm glad I could help at least narrow the issue down.
