Chill out there bud, we are all users like yourself.

wifi sync sometimes works. I have iphone 4s, ipad 4, apple tv. These devices all communicate. In itunes, on my computer, I rarely am able to wifi sync to these devices, or even connect to apple tv. I have rebuilt my network, reloaded software on computer, tried differant computer, turned firewall off, turned off antivirus and uninstalled it, Disabled Ipv6, reenabled it.....still cannot get device to become connected. They start and after 5-10 secs stop. I have read thru the threads and tried everything i can find.......Frustrated.
