Mar 25, 2014 8:13 PM in response to bjungerby sberman,As Ocean20 points out above, the iPhone must be locked for Do Not Disturb to take effect.
Also check Settings > Do Not Disturb > Allow Calls From. The folks calling may be on the "permitted" list.

Mar 26, 2014 6:39 AM in response to bjungerby Ralph9430,First thing to try is to reset your device. Press and hold the Home and Sleep buttons simultaneously until the Apple logo appears. Let go of the buttons and let the device restart. See if that fixes your problem.
